Tengmalm's Owl

Forged Chain Park
TheTamshee: likes the artistic work that blacksmith Nigel Barnett creates. It takes me back to my days at Aimer's Maclean in Galashiels. Standing at the hot furnace in the ramshackle foundry forging all sorts of infill for wrought iron gates and military targets.

Mirehouse @ Keswick
TheTamshee says: Glorious Keswick; a hikers dream, but there is a lot more to offer. Mirehouse set in beautiful gardens just 3 miles north of the town center on the A591 offers something for all the family; our kids just loved the Steeplechase for Cumbrians.
