Eildon Landscape
TheTamshee: shoots the Eildons Hills from half croon corner, with the sky painted in to give a more dramatic effect. Does it work?
Hoof Fungus
TheTamshee: trails the scottish forests in search of mushrooms & tree fungi; the Hoof Fungus pictured, looks impressive in a weird sort of way but over time the Silver Birch and Beech trees suffer irreparable damage.

Migvie Kirk & Pictish Stone
TheTamshee's clan: stopped in at Migvie Kirk to check out the Pictish Stone; but more importantly allow the kids to gather up some prize chestnuts!! Also note that the electric power supply has to be switched on at the junction box on the right side of the building when looking at the entrance doors. Enjoy!!

Burn O'Vat
TheTamshee: was very impressed with the glacier features of the Vat Gorge; where the Burn O'Vat flows today. The vat itself is a cauldron shaped pothole, very wide at the base and smaller above as it climbs and opens to the blue sky. Brilliant location for the kids to explore with geologly mum on standby to answer all the "how old's this boulder questions"

Cambus O'May
TheTamshee's clan: team up with the Sweetnam's to take a stroll along the Old Line at Cambus O'May. The turn style on the entrance to the suspension bridge was the focal point for the kids but the remains of the Rainbow Trout indictated that Otter's were thrieving in the area.
