TheTamshee: checks out the Tawny Owl Roost on the edge of the woodland below the Eildon Hills. All quite after some heavy snow fall but good signs of scat.

TheTamshee says: you don't often get the chance to photograph the majestic Harris Hawk while wandering the pine forest @ Whinfell, Cumbria but this innocent looking hawk took no prisoners while attacking the wandering duck meandering between the cyclists.
