Walking with Dinosaurs live show comes to UK
With its terrifying, monster-size stars, a live arena version of the BBC’s hugely successful Walking with Dinosaurs series has thrilled audiences and broken box-office records in Australia and America. As a new production embarks on a tour of Britain, Johnny Davis goes behind the scenes of the greatest show on earth.
The lights are dimmed, the mist rises and tonight’s headline act makes her way on to the stage. The floor of Pittsburgh’s 15,000-seater Mellon Arena shudders with her every step. She is the height of a two-storey house, the length of two city buses, her teeth are six-inches long – and she is on the warpath.
